I had the same problem. I called the number, was assigned a case number and I have not heard anything for 2 weeks now. When call I get voice mail every time. Any hints?

I would just keep calling and leave your name and phone number on the machine. They will call you. They will also try to Pro-Rate your tv or Not pay you the Taxes you paid on it, so let them know right off that you won't take anything except a Total refund + Taxes.
