Photos can be transferred from your phone book to facebook by connecting the phone to your PC using your phones data cables and then logging into your facebook account. On profile select the photos tab and choose create album. You can give description detail of the album then upload photos using simple up loader. If your phone has a browser, you can transfer the photos directly without the need of a PC.
1If you don't have the Facebook application, download it. Once you've launched the app, open it and log in to your account.
2Click on the "Photo" tab. Toward the top of the page there should be three options, "Status," "Photo," and "Check In." Clicking on "Photo" will open your photo gallery on your computer.
3Select the photos you'd like to upload. There should be a tiny checkmark in the top corner of each picture. If you want that picture uploaded, click it.
You'll be able to tag the photos, add captions, and select where you'd like the photo uploaded, to your Timeline or a friend's.
4Click "Post." When you've filled out the information you want to be included in the picture, post it to Facebook.
Most likely the issue is because you are sharing the photo rather than adding it to an album. The LG Thrill 4G has this capability built in. The Facebook app for Android looks almost identical to the iPhone's. iPhone's Facebook app allows you to add photos to the album by scrolling to it on the left side bar and clicking "+"
follow the below steps to successfully upload pictures on your facebook
when you log into your face book account, select the "Photos" link from the left navigation bar.
the "My Photos" link at the top of the page and then select "Create a
Photo Album" under the "My Photos" header on the next page.
Add the required album information such as the album name and privacy settings and click "Create Album."
the site. You will be taken to a window where you'll be able to look
through the photos on your computer (at left) and select the photos
you'd like to upload by clicking on a check box next to the picture and
on over to the "Try the Simple Uploader" link at the bottom of the
upload window. This will take you to a page that allows you to choose
your photos one by one rather than all at once. Make sure to agree to
Within your picture albums and the photos saved to your card, there should be an 'option' icon that will allow to you to delete pics, move, edit, upload, send, etc. Your target for transferring all pics to the Verizon server is the 'upload' feature. This will allow you to choose pics and upload them to your online albums (Verizon Picture-mail server).
You may be limited on the # of pictures you can upload at one time. Good luck. Hope this helps!
i had same problem.the only way ive been able to upload my photos was to store them all to the memory card, and then insert memory card into a usb micro sd 2.0 adapter, then plug that into my computer. it then brings up the "save to file" option. isaved them all, then i could upload them to my facebook albums etc, by using the browse files option. hope this helps you.
1. did you have a lock on your pictures?
2. did you transfer your pictures to your phone memory? (They are first stored In camera, you then manually move to the phone)
this is a solution for those who have not moved the pictures to the phone memory yet (ie it is still in camera) pictures in phone memory cannot be uploaded..
Step 1. start the camera by pressing the ok button at the center. (alternative is through the menu. left soft key. then pressing 4)
Step 2. if you have a user lock. input it now. if you did not have one then you should be on the pictures menu
i) the lock is the last 4 digits of your phone by default. (if you had used the lock pictures option)
ii) if you had swapped your phone like i did and later return your cellular service to it, do not use your custom lock, rather, use the default lock ie last digits of phone number (Hope this part makes sence)
i feel that these notes are important here because this point might prevent you from accessing your pictures and since you cannot see your screen, it is important that you know what to do at step 2.
step 3. Press the digit 3 ( or - scroll down 2 times and press ok) this will take you to the third option called Online Albums.
step 4 press the down button once( this will select the option called Upload picture) and press ok.
if everything went right, you should now be in a screen called In Camera with your left soft key now called Upload and your right key called Options
Step 5 click the left soft key (Upload) do not worry about selecting the pictures since the next step will take care of that.
step 6. press the down button once. this will take you to Upload All option. press OK
step 7 the phone will ask you where to take those pics. just click OK again to take them to the default album called My Uploads
step 8 DO NOT FLIP CLOSE YOUT PHONE!!
STEP 9... there is no step 9! the phone is now uploading the pictures to your online album called My uploads just give it a couple of minutes..
1 It would be best to do this in an area you are sure has decent network service.
2 just to be sure, please have your phone on the charger( you are dealing with pictures as well as data transfer) when i was testing out these steps, i lost a bar of my battery so just be safe..
