More than likely, you will need to reset your password for your GMail to get back into your phone. Go to Google.com to reset your information.
If you are unable to do this, you will need to do a Factory Restore to your phone. WARNING: Factory Restore will erase all phone data. It will restore the phone back to the stage when you first purchased it.
To restore your phone back to factory settings do the following:
1. Power down the phone.
2. Hold the Volume Down button and press the power button.
3. A menu pops up, release the Volume Down button.
4. Press and release the volume down button to select "Clear Storage"
5. Next, Press and release the power button
6. To confirm, press the Volume Up button
The phone will run some tasks and then reboot. You may then signin with a new Gmail account. I suggest recording your new account information in a safe location for future reference.

easy as pie download android sdk from google install it on your c drive under android sdk then download and install the usb drivers for your phone then right-click on "my computer" on your pc select properties select environmental variables highlight path select edit and ad in c:\androidsdk/adb/tools then plug in your phone to the pc open a command prompt via the run function on your start window and enter: command then type in "adb" press enter then type in "adb" devices then press enter at this point you can unlock your phone via an adb command listed in the command promps once you type "adb" then press enter ill link a youtube video its not as hard as it sounds its just not the easyest thing to walk a person through with a written discription. if you still dont feel upto it pay someone on craigslist 10 or 20 bucks to do it for you they will offer you the option to root your device witch is awsome but more dangerious or annoying than 90% of android users. sorry for the long explanation. here is your youtube link

SOURCE: Hi got a galaxy GT
The error indicates that there's problem with the phone's firmware. It's no longer possible to fix it in a simple method (manually) without flashing or without updating the firmware. While you were trying to unlock it, some of the security features of the phone or some firmware files might have been corrupt without your knowledge. This is a common issue with samsung mobile and in fact the files written on the ROM is/are missing or corrupt. You may be able to find some tricks, but don't try to follow unless you know what you are doing, it might permanently damage the ROM and in turn, your phone will also be permanently damaged. There is not undo for this. Your only option at the moment is Flashing the phone which will also re-write the csc file. Moreover, flashing should be done only by qualified and experienced professionals, even a tiny mistake during the flashing could permanently damage your phone, so make sure everything is backed up before you visit a Service Center or a mobile repair shop. For example, if by mistake, two or more csc files are selected to be written, you'll get another error or another new problem will come up.
I am sorry, if my explanation is too difficult for you, but there's no other (not much) terms I could use since I have to let you know the technical issue with your problem.
Let me know if you need further help..
Note: Flashing means re-installing the operating system of the phone.
Thanks for using FixYa.
