Question about Samsung N145JP02 Netbook
When i start my samsung N145 notebook up on battery power most times it will load windows then go to this blue screen saying an error has occerred and then switches to the black screen that askes if you want to start windows in safe mode or normal mode. sometimes it does this once and the notebook will be fine but other times i may do it 3 or more times in a row, But it hasn't happened when main power in connected.
Must have been the guys in the blue shirts....Blue screen issues are normally caused by memory problems. If you are somewhat computer savy and know how to add or remove memory, try this. Take out one the memory chips, see if you get the blue screen any more. Then swap and do the same test on the other chip. If one has the issue and the other does not, replace the suspected bad chip.
Hope this helps.
p.s. If the computer is still under Samsungs warrenty (1year), contact them directly, you will have better luck with repairs than where you purchased the computer from.
