If this is a small combo the problem is probably one or more of the suspension springs has become detached. You need to get the washer cabinet off. take the panel between the washer and dryer off. then there are 2 clamps holding the washer top on. they are in rear right and left. Once you get the top off you will be able to take the front of the washer off. At that point you should be able to see the problem under the tub. In most cases you can reinstall the plastic shaft back into the spring by screwing them back in.. This is not easy but can be done.

Try shutting breaker off FULLY!!! and then try again...
Often 1/2 trips, motor will still run, but no heat. Breaker not always evident, but click off (push fully off) and back on, and test again, also check for good air flow at the outside vent.

There is an EXTERNAL fuse on the back of the unit.
Service manual is inside the machine's shell in plastic.

Item #2986 (OEM Part)
Thermal fuse. If the dryer overheats, this device stops the flow of electricity to the heat source and/or the entire dryer. It is located on the blower housing and cannot be reset. The most common cause for overheating is a vent tube clogged with lint, a birds nest or other debris.
