Electric heating my air works fine, but when I turn the heat on nothing happens at all. No heat and the fan doesn't blow. The breaker is on, so i'm not sure. if the fuse is blown, how do I know and is that something I can easily fix on my own? Thanks

Check the thermostat and make sure the fan switch is set on "Auto". If it is set on "ON" the blower will run constantly.

I have a rudd UHLA-3617JA high achiever air handeler, works fine except the electric heater will not come fan starts normally, is this a fuse/breaker or failed electric element problem, how can i tell

It is either the element, sequencer (or contactor/relay), or power to the switching element. 5KW Elements normally Ohm out @ around 10 Ohms when they are good. Everything you need to check requires a multimeter.

Home AC only blows cool air when set to fan. When placed on Auto/fan it doesn't blow and no heat.

At your thermostat ,
Set switch to heat, turn up temp switch.
Fan should be set to auto. Wait up to 5 mins to be surethat somthing is wrong. If your fan comes on without heat. Check gas valve or if heat pump check main a/c breaker. If elect heat or any of above dosn't work.
Call a service company. If your in Pensacola. Look up Absolute Heating and Air Conditioning.

Whether its a central air unit or a wall unit, make sure the condensor is clean and air can flow thru it
make sure the condensor fan is running, the condensor fan keeps the compressor from over heating
if the condensor fan stops running the compressor will over heat and trip the circuit breaker. good luck!

Keep +10 degree from your room temp and also thermostat in "heat" . And then check. But in your case, I think RV not energized. If no proper voltage in RV in heat mode, check the wiring to RV. If voltage in means RV not working properly. You have to change RV. Thanks.

If your Heatpump's fan isn't running but your compressor is, your fan motor is out. If nothings happening at all ensure your getting power to heatpump (ex: breaker tripped, fuses blown on outside power switch, or fuses blown in breaker box?)
