Question about Toshiba Computers & Internet
Windows is suggesting I backup up files and contact manufacturer. Ran chkdsk and other software utilities to correct problem. Any suggestions?
Back up is always a must. After back up you may want to revert to older time and see if th eproblem persists. If yes then use your recovery CD and recover your system fresh. If the problem still exists then you may have to replace the hard drive. Try the same make and model to save yourself a hstle of driver issues. Once you replace the HDD recover from the provided recovery disk
