Go to control panel, then go to sound, then system sounds, scroll through the list until you find start up and change it to 'no sound'.

ah i see i assume it's android. if it is, the start up sound is built into the ROM, so the only way to remove the start up sound is to root the android (become super user) and to go into the /vendor directory and replace the sound file with another file named the same thing

Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.

How do i play music from my phone on my philips micro music system btm2180

1. On the Philips music system, press FM repeatedly until [BT] (Bluetooth) is displayed on the display panel. The Bluetooth indicator flashes blue.
2. On your phone, go to Settings and turn on Bluetooth. Press Scan. Your phone will start searching for nearby Bluetooth-enabled devices.
3. Select 'PHILIPS_BTM2180' on your phone and, if necessary,
enter '0000' (no quotes, all zeros) as the pairing password/key.
After successful pairing and connection with the phone, the Bluetooth indicator on the Philips system will turn solid blue and you will hear two beeps coming from it.
4. Start playing music on your phone and enjoy hearing it from the speakers on your music system !.

Sorting... sorting...

If the player allows you to add music on it via USB as a Removable Disk, then copy all the music off the player onto your computer and then format the MP3 player by right clicking it in "My Computer" and going to "Format...". Start it up without music and see how it goes, if it doesn't turn itself off, fill it with a little bit of music, then a little more until you either put your music back on, or until it screws up again. Good luck!
