Try unplugging the entourage usb, turning it off, and also unplugging mac for five minutes and taking off mac battery at the same time.

Put everything together and see if the Entourage get recognised.

If not reinstall Entourage software.

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I reformat my computer and after i reformat the PCI Device was not installed how can i fix my problem

dis is most probable dat ur system is missing specific device driver..!!
wat is the pci device..??

if ur sure abt the device n make..look for the device driver in the internet, by typing "<model no> driver download"..along wid the company, there'll b a list of such site n driver download links if u search on a search engine like google..
download them onto a location; if the driver is in a zip format, unzip it,if itz in .exe form, just run it; if done manually it'll ask for the correct driver and location; relocate the path and a .inf file (wat it'll ask for)....goto the device manager n verify, if installed properly..!!
but always better to consult ur system admin/vendor..!!

Entourage frozen/blocked

If your running OSX you can kill Entourage from the command line which is much more powerful way of killing a task that won't shut down.
Another way to kill applications is to open a terminal window using the Terminal application. In the window type top -u, making sure that all the characters are lowercase and a space is present between top and -u. A list of the top processes will appear in the window. Identify which process you wish to kill and note the PID or Process ID for that process and then type q. Then type kill -9 followed by a space and the PID. This will almost always kill the process. If the system says you do not have sufficient priviledges, then type sudo kill -9 followed by a space and the PID. SUDO enables you to type in system command and it will prompt you for the system administrator password before executing the command. Type in your password and the system will kill the process.

Mac OS10 -

Sounds like may be a stuck key on your keyboard, try unplugging keyboard long enough to see if it continues. If it turns out to be keyboard, try firmly (bang) each of the following keys several times: [Command] [Alt] left [Alt] right [Tab] [O]. Perhaps the function keys as well. I have had this "unstick" the problematic key before on different keyboards. Reconnect keyboard and see if that helps.

Hard disk icon disappeared from desktop

To add the hard disk icon back onto your desktop, first click the "Finder" button in the dock. It is the dark and light smily face icon at the end of the dock.

Next, click the "Finder" menu item at the top of the screen and then "Preferences". In the "Finder Preferences" window that opens, click the "General" button. From there you can select what system items appear on your desktop. You can click "Hard disks" to re-add the hard disk icon.

Emailing Microsoft Word files

You have to click on the little paperclip icon in most email application (web or Mail, Entourage, etc) and then navigate to the hard drive (in your case the jump drive) and find the file to attach. In some case you need to navigate all the way up and look for a listing to .volumes.
