Problem for Zanussi FJD1666W Front Load Washer

E31 error code

We were getting an E20 error code, I replaced the pump but the machine keeps pausing straight after I start it.
Now it is coming up with the E31 error code.
I have tried to reset it by pressing Start/Skip/On together but still no joy.
Any ideas?
