Question about AT&T Blackberry Curve 8300 Smartphone
Ok, ive had my curve 4 about 3 months, and a couple of days ago it started cutting off by itself! im trying not to panic but i just cant stand it. please help me!
Device cuts off. Due to whats called battery memory Device thinks battery is spent. does not realize that it has additional capacity. This is due to recharging before battery is fully discharged ie in the red zone. Solution. install a new battery. it worked never had the problem again.

Goto blackberrry.com and get the 4.5 software update for your phone. The update pretty much replaces the software in the phone. There are web improvements. Email improvements. You can finally record videos with the new update as well.
Once the software replaced with the new set. See if that will get rid of the problem.

The phone just shuts off, which makes the call drop, then the screen will light up, the little time clock will start flashing and spinning around, and then the phone will come back on.
