SOURCE: platinum B70 keurig coffee maker water heats up

1. Power off machine.

2. Using a metal paperclip, insert it into left side of top needle. It must insert at least 1" deep. Insert it into slot on right side and again from back of needle.

3. Remove KCup cradle. Separate bottom from top. In the top section, insert the paperclip up into bottom needle from the bottom upwards. It will not go all the way thru and this is normal.

4. Reassemble KCup cradle and reinsert it back into coffee maker.

5. Power on machine.

6. Brew a cup of water only. There may be coffee grounds in the water and these should eventually clear during the remaining steps. NOTE: A large cup brew cycle should output a full 8 ounces (235cc). Less means there is still a blockage

SOURCE: Keurig starts & stops without brewing coffee, just descaled

The pic is clogged with coffee or the air bladder is bad. Use the tool on the underside of the tray to clean out pic. If that doesn't work, the bladder will be bad.

SOURCE: keurig B70, the my k cup , weak weak coffee !!!!!

It is best to take it to the store you bought it from and have them fix it and watch or replace at no cost to you. Tell the store what they said to you and have them show you how to do it. If you work on it and break it you own a broken machine. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: Love my Keurig B60. Bought the B70 with lager cup

You have to remove teh 5 screws from the bottom plate on the unit and they there is a small translucent corrugated hose fastened with a small ty-rep. Remove this hose and simply drain the stainless tank to the sink and replace the hose over the barb, slide the ty-rap back in place and it is EMPTY. Takes ten minutes start to finish. Phillips screwdriver and needlenose pliers are all that is needed.

I purchased a B70 Keurig brewer less than a year ago and now it will not pump water.

That happened to mine. The pump broke. They sent me a new one at a "discount" but now after 2 months I have issues with this one. Can someone PLEASE make a coffee machine that will work? Preferably one NOT by Keurig that uses the K cups and the K cup you can use your own coffee in?

I just descaled my coffee maker and now it doesn't make a whole cup, it says ready to brew, push the button and nothing happens, it shuts it's self off which it never did before. It makes a sound like it...

After the pump fills the keurig and a sensor detects the proper fill level, a valve closes and a 12Volt air pump turns on and pushed the water out of the internal resevoir to the head of the unit.
My B70 air pump siezed up.. (actually formed rust in the friction bearing). I had to take the back off and the pump is located behind the water resevoir. had to remove the pump and test it with a 12Volt power supply.. it didnt spin... so I disassembled the air pump and found the shaft stuck with rust .
Used "Kroil" or you can also use WD-40 on the shaft to free it up... re assemble the pump and re-solder the wires back tp the pump...

worked for me.
good luck.

My Platinum Keurig says it is ready to brew but nothing happens. I have cleaned out any coffee grounds.

My B70 has worked good for about 6 months. Lately it won't brew a full cup of coffee or water for that matter. I have run Limeaway, and also vinegar throught it but nothing works. It seems to me the pump is too weak to make coffee before an apparent time-out occurs.

Our Platinum Keurig will not pump water. The motor makes 3 kind of grinding noises and then silence. I have cleaned out the jet with a pin, so it is not that

there are two needels. one enter the top of the KCup and the other the bottom.
