Your water control valve has two sides and the side you may need to work now is the water dispenser side. Here is a part for the model HSS25GDM=> WR57X10051 Water Valve - Dual Outlet

There is a code of p1614

did they fix the range switchor replace the range switch? that code is coming from your range switch. i got that code when i had my park/neutralswitch jumped so the ecu thought the car was in park or neutral all the time. my guess is the rotary switch on the transmission that the gear lever cableis hooked to is shorting causing the ecu to think the car is always out of gear even when you're driving. do you have cruise control? if you do, try to use it while your driving and see if it'll let the cruise control work. if it doesn't let the cruise control work i would have whoever worked on thetransmission range switchtry to fix it again because they either didn't replace it and said they did or they messed up a wire somewhere. i'm willing to bet that's where your problem is.

NF appears in the screen when trying to wash with warm water

NF--No Fill
Is there water getting to the machine?
If you have a Maytag® washer, is the fuse (if there is one) in the control panel at the lid-switch bracket blown? Is there a faint buzzing or humming noise coming from the water-inlet valve? (The water-inlet valve is the device on the washing machine that the fill hoses are attached to.) If you can't hear anything, the water-inlet valve may not be getting any power. If you can hear some noise and there's water present, you may need to completely replace the water-inlet valve.

Only the rinse and spin cyl wont work on my whirlpool

first check the lid switch, open and close down the lid and listen for a clicking sound,if you don't hear it clicking you have a bad lid switchtry opening the lid with it on spin and stick a screw driver or anything that will fit in the hole where the lid closes down into the hole where the lid switch is,if it runs then you know the lid switch is bad.also on washers,in the rinse cycle only cold water is used in the final rinse,no cold water the washer won't fill and run,the valve will just hum.let me know how you make out,you could also have a bad timer.if you need more help send the model number

The water is not coming in

Hello there:
There's no water at all If there's no water at all, make these checks: Is there water getting to the machine? Is the water-volume selector switch set properly and are the control panel buttons pressed in all the way? If you have a Maytag® washer, is the fuse (if there is one) in the control panel at the lid-switch bracket blown? Is there a faint buzzing or humming noise coming from the water-inlet valve? (The water-inlet valve is the device on the washing machine that the fill hoses are attached to.) If you can't hear anything, the water-inlet valve may not be getting any power. If you can hear some noise and there's water present, you may need to completely replace the water-inlet valve. it will look like this pict below

Have ice but no water. Changed filter and can hear water filling filter. Front control panel operations intermittent at best. Light in dispenser not working.

what is the model number?also try pushing crushed ice or cubes, just worked on a g.e. and the control panel on the door was bad,it kept beeping and if you pressed crushed ice the water would work, had to change out the board on the door, send model number so i can look it up for you,if you can hear the water fillling up in the filter it could be the board or a frozen water tank line, remove the bottom draws and see if you can see the water tank, with a hair dryer heat up the line where it connects to the tank if your model has a tank, send model number

Ice maker works, but I can't get a drop from the water dispensor

If you are making ice then the chances are that the solenoid or the switch mechanism is bad on the water side. The water valve has two solenoids that control water flow. The icemaker side is control by the cam switch that rotates on cycling ice drops and the water side is controlled by the door switch which operates the water valve. If you hear the click when you activate the door switch, listen to see if you hear a clicking near the back of the refrigerater when you hit the switch. There is also a possibility that the water inlet screen is clogged with debris.

It may be the control panel board. Replace it you can probably do it yourself and that should solve the problem.
