Question about Cell Phones
I purchased a cheapy i-phone lookalike in Hong Kong. It's badged up as an F8. In the shop it worked fine with my own sim card (Asda/vodaphone) but once home nothing at all. It can't find my network in auto mode and in manual it "fails to register". There are 2 IMEI numbers and when I dial *#06# one of the numbers comes up. I've tried restoring factory settings which didn't work. This phone doesn't have wifi or 3g and was only intended as a back up, but it is really annoying that it doesn't work!! Any ideas? Thanks Terry
