SOURCE: Printing envelopes
You will probably have to change your paper settings on the printer itself to proceed without an error. In the additional settings>Paper Size> change it from Ltr to Envelope.

SOURCE: Envelope prints the wrong way
This may be a very inconvenient solution but if your desperate then try it. The label you are trying to print : Take a snapshot of it using the print screen button on your keyboard and then paste it into paint. Cut out everything except the label then use the page setup feature in paint to make sure its in the right spot. Dont forget to choose envelope in the page setup and in the printer settings.

Use The Recommended Print Area
For the best
printing results, adjust the top and bottom margins of your document to
within the recommended printing area shown below.
Click on the paper size listed for the recommended print area settings: A4 / B5 / A5 / 4 x 6 / 4 x 8 / 5 x 7 / Credit Card, Letter and Legal, Envelopes (DL / COM#10)
Caution: When printing is performed outside the recommended printing area, the top and bottom edges of the paper may curl, the print quality may deteriorate, or the printed side may be smudged.
The printer has both the recommended print area and the printable area, according to the paper size.
Recommended print area: This indicates the recommended print area.
Printable area: Although this indicates the printable area, degradation of print quality may occur.
Letter / Legal
Envelopes ( DL / #10 )

For Vista wireless setup: Open your Control Panel. Choose Printers. In the Printers box it lists your printers. Hover over the wireless printer icon, right click, choose Run as Administrator, then choose Use Printer online. This should change the status of the printer to Ready (from Offline). Be sure you've chosen this printer as your default printer. Might have to do this on a regular basis.
