SOURCE: The front wheel on my
The best thing to do is to remove the front wheel (depress the black buttons either side of the front axle and pull!) then completely clean the wheel assembly in warm water and a SMALL amount of gentle detergent, then dry completely, apply a small amount of vaseline or similar, then replace. Hi - I had the same issue buying the dash in NZ same time as you and had to take it back and they changed the wheel bearing and is so much better, it actually turns and with 1 hand. I know of 5 others that also purchased same model about same time and all had same issue. If shop shut down I'd contact P&Ts in NZ and ask them what you should do
hope this helps
