Have U been paid for the chat sessions that are un-rated? payment info says that after 7 days you should receive a thanks for trying of $6 per session, I have not seen this happen, only the sessions the customer has rated, just curious.

Only from Premium problems, If you get Fixya vote / accepted or 7 day payment if assumed to be solved. these will show up in your account statements. same with chat sessions. Thanks for trying is 6usd, helpful is 8usd and fixya is 10usd, no rating is assumed to be solved 6usd on chat, it will show in account statements if rejected or not. if not rejected it will be shown as accepted with no rating and 6usd for you.
