Trv 355 fuzzy picture

When I capture video to the PC, the picture is not crystal clear, ( it used to be), It almost looks as though every other horizontal line is slightly offset compared to the previous one, it shows up most when viewing vertical lines such as buildings or other man made objects, the vertical line looks almost jagged, each line may be a pixel or 2 offset from the line above and below.
I have tried capturing on 2 different PCs, using different software, Pinncle studio 11 & MS moviemaker, same result on each. Any suggestions please
