If you need further help or advice, please call the Vax Customer Careline on 0844 412 8455 with your machine available, and an Advisor will be able to help you. The Vax Careline is open every day, from 8.30am until 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, and 9am until 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Outside of these times please check the website support section which includes videos to demonstrate how to deal with everyday problems such as changing filters and belts and checking for blockages. Check that the outlet bung at the bottom of the bottle is not jammed closed or that the operating rod from the trigger has not become dislodged. It is best to remove the bottle from the machine to do this.
