In menus you browse to the service tab, then serivice diagnostics. Go to NVRAM reset and perform the NVM reset.
Before you do that, print out a configuration page if you want to rememebr the network settings. It will set the IP address back to default also.
SOURCE: Faulty Monitor?
I had the same problem, dead p.o.s. I enjoy this monitor, it’s one of the few on the market that are completely flat on the face. Great look! I own two, one used off ebay, repaired. Land fill, no fukin way. Found a fellow who can fix the power supply on ebay, $40.00 . I found a fix here on Fixya. Went to radio shack, better to order on line their inventory for these parts is itty *****, the same size capacitors, only $10.00. Inside in the guts of the power supply the capacitors were bulging and leaking.
Pulled them out and amateur soldering popped in the new ones, replaced 4 of the 6 big fukerz. Harest thing was getting the cover off, slight pry and slide up. And whalla! Good as new. Got 5 years on this one XG-91. Suk me Xerox for cheep o Partz! Burn the fuckerz that don’t make things to last!
