Question about Pantech Duo Smartphone

Can not hear incoming call, but can hear out going call.

When I call out, I can here from the other end, but when people try to call me, I can not hear them.

There should be a volume adjust button on side of phone. Without making a call. Push up on the volume button. You should here your ringtone. Keep turning up until you reach the right volume.Good Luck

After receiving a message with sound, push the button on the side that activates voice dialing. It sometimes takes activating it twice, but it will turn the sound back on.

check ur speaker phone ..its dead..try to replace it ..i think its the only solution or test it with your voice recording..if not working then its confirm that its dead and need an replacement

you have to go to start --> settings --> profiles --> menu --> edit --> notification volume ;; set it to loud . &+ your problem should be fixed .

There might be a problem with the inside speaker of your phone. (the part where you hear other people's voice). You should visit a local service in order to fix the problem.
