Question about 2wire (1000-000057-000) Modem
The transfer rate for my 2wire high speed internet slowed down from 120kbps to now 20kbps. Why is it doing this?
I got it
first you have to UNPLUG your computer(DONT JUST TURN IT OFF) and leave the computer unpluged for 1 hr
while that is happening do the same with the modem. then connect them both back to the power. turn your computer on.
this is the hard part:
turn your modem on while holding the reset button. release the reset button when the power light goes red. it is imporant that you hold RESET while turning the modem on
Email me if it dsnt work firstname.lastname@example.org

Try turning it off then wait for about 5 mins then turn it back on. If that does not fix it call your Internet Provider.
