a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Plug it into a PC and navigate to the mp3 player and delete the song(s) you don't want. For some reason the Sylvania does NOT like certain USB 2.0 ports such as the ones on my VIA-based shuttle, but it works fine with USB 1.1 ports.

Once you insert the mp3 player, the computer automatically detect the device, were you can see the folder inside of your mp3, create a folder from file, new, folder.
Now open the folder where the music was downloaded usually you can see that file at my document, save/complited folder, select all the file, copy
Open the new folder (which you created) in the mp3 then paste the songs that was downloaded.
To play the music in the mp3 player, just find the folder you created.

I understand what you are feeling. It took me 4 hours to figure this one out. You have to make sure that the MP3 Player registers to your computer first and you can do this by connecting and disconnecting the system until it finds the new hardware. Then you open the drive with you voice file in it and then you have to drag your music and put it into the voice folder and then when you disconnect the divice from the computer, the music will be on your MP3 player. Then you can click on the music icon and then you will see voice and then you can see your music as well. And you should be ready to listen to your MP3 Player.
