Turn timer knob clockwise till arrow points to correct time (your time), there are plastic protrusions "ticks"around the knob, they move in and out, move them in for on, and out for off
select time sectors that you wish hearted to heat, each tick is 15 minutes, experiement and become profecient

Delonghi trdo715t worked last year now will not turn on

Check to see if the timer is running. If not, remove the three silver screws on the bottom of the heater, then lift off the front panel and look for burned or loose wires. On mine the A/C line burned off at the timer. Timers are available thru Fox International for $11.66

Delonghi TRD0715T Safe Heat Oil-Filled Radiator will not work, won't turn on its new just taken out of the box

Ditto same problem. Took it out of the box, plugged it in the electric outlet and did not turn on.
I tried atleast 5 different electric outlets to make sure nothing is wrong with the outlet. Tried changing the timer settings. No use.

Returned it to Lowe's.
