Question about JVC RA-P11 Portable Audio System - Made Remote Control, Speaker System for iPod ( Black )
I would like to install this JVC head unit in my 05' Corolla, but the wiring in the oem is really messed up. The colors dont even seem like they match. Any advice?

If youve rigged it to watch dvd's while moving. the sat nav thinks the parking brake is on and wont move. The vss cable needs to be connected as well.

You can use any non powered USB drive (gains its power from usb only). You just have to plug it into your PC and select Properties > Format then make sure you format it in FAT12, 16 or most commonly (recommended) FAT32 file system.
Once you've done this you can transfer all your music onto it then plug it into the USB port lead from the back of the head unit
