Question about HP PSC 2355 All-In-One InkJet Printer
How do I over-ride the ink level or re-set ink level if it shows empty when new one is installed? I've had this several different times. I tried working it out with hp tech. It resolves it sometimes for a little while, and then will happen again.
you're probably already used to going to this link (to check ink level cartridges):
but have you had a chance to pop around any of these links about ink levels?
especially this one on removing/installing ink cartridges?
and this is a good link for cartridges for this model, too:
but I have yet to find anything specific to overriding the ink level checking messages... it may be a repeated problem if the sensors need to be cleaned (see above link for details) or if you print on a lot of specialty paper. hope this helps a little.
