Question about Kodak Office Equipment & Supplies
Replacing cartridge only allows about 20 prints
Try changing your print settings to draft or a lower quality setting the higher the setting the more ink you will use.

Testimonial: "did not solve the problem but was very infomative helping me to compose my letter of complaint to Kodak "
That is really a low number, are you printing photos, because that really uses up a lot of ink. Just in everyday kind of printing, I go to print preferences, and change the preference from normal to draft. It's amazing how much ink I've saved that way. If you're still having the problem, you can contact Kodak by phone, e-mail, or chat. Chat was the easiest for me. Most often they had an answer. Set aside some time to do this, because it may take awhile. See Kodak.com/aio/esp3/support

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

What kind of cartridges did you replace with?
Like with original ones or the other replacement you get in market.
Because with use to duplicates you get this problems many times.
If you are using original cartridges then try replacing all the cartridges at once.
And even if this does not work then may be you need to take the printer to the vendor to get it repaired.

You need to open up the maintenance window and go thru the motions that you are changing the cartridges and this resets the ink levels back to full and sends data to the printer saying that they are full and the ink light disappears and it prints fine !!!
Just changing them doesn't seem to do the trick like on a lot of printers

Kodak printer works with genuine Kodak cartridges and that too brand new not refilled cartridges. The brand new cartridges have a certain code that is recognised by the Printer.Kindly buy genuine cartridges as the printer may be damaged by Non comaptible cartridges.

I had the same experience with Kodak when I called to get help with my printer. The tech was extremely hard to understand. After several times of trying to get assistance that I could understand, he hung up on me.I finally got them to send me an additional cartridge to replace the ink I had used trying to remedy the problem. I contacted the company and explained what happened. They have not even tried to contact me.Now it's doing it again. I'm finished with Kodak. I'll just take my chances with another company. Hopefully they will appreciate my business which Kodak obviously doesn't.
