SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: USB not decting plug n play devices

I would check the bios settings to make sure the motherboard settings relating to PnP are correct. Try playing around with those bios settings and see what works for you. Also try different usb ports, i have the same problems sometimes with certain ports on my desktop computer, try all of them at the front or the back of the computer. I would check the Compaq Presario website for drivers not AMD, installing new ones is a good idea just to make sure its not a driver issue.

SOURCE: need to download driver for hard disk

you need a driver for the scsi controller not the drive. If the drive is attached to the motherboard directly the driver for xp will be on the IBM site for the model number of your computer. If the drive is attached to a raid card you need to get the drivers for the cards manufactuers site you dont need to pay anyone.

SOURCE: My sounds is out on my computer.

One of the most common HD audio codecs is the Realtek AC97, download and install the driver to see if this fixes your problem, if it doesn't please post the model of machine you are using and I will be more than happy to track down the correct driver for you.

SOURCE: I have checked everything, cable connections,

eMachines maintains a pretty comprehensive support site where you can get updated drivers that may be modified to work with their systems and your operating system.
Another alternative is to download Belarc Advisor (free) and it will tell you every picayune detail of your system's hard- and software. I suspect your sound system is on the motherboard and these chips can fail without affecting other operations. If it has failed, you can disable that section via the BIOS setup and buy a sound card to plug into your expansion slots.
Advisor will tell you which type of slots are available on your motherboard so you can buy a compatible sound card.
Belarc Advisor

Good luck-

I have a MSI KT4 Ultra Motherboard 6590 and after

Hi! It's not uncommon for a new installation of Windows to render a PC mute. It's happened to me on several occassions, but do not dispair.
After one round or two of Windows Updates, your device will be detected as missing its drivers and they will be downloaded and installed for you.
This happens with generic motherboards which use less known built-in devices such as the sound card, the video card, etc. Should your motherboard be an Intel, Asus, or other popular name brand, you run less of a chance to get this problem.
Please run Windows Update a couple of times, or until you're satisfied your machine is up to date.
Good luck!
