Question about HP PSC 1410 All-In-One InkJet Printer
There are three 1410 models, the 1410, 1410v and 1410xi. The firmware and drivers for all of them can be found here: http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/ProductList.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&taskId=135&prodTypeId=18972&prodSeriesId=436453
Once you've selected your model, make sure you choose the appropriate operating system! EG Windows 7 32-bit, Windows XP x64, etc. If you are not sure what operating system you are using, you can check it in Windows by pressing <Win>+<R> (<Win> is the button that normally pulls up your start menu)
When you do that, a little box with the name "Run" will come up. Type in "control panel" and press enter. In the Control Panel, find the option for System, (Under System and Security in Vista and Windows 7) if you can't find it, look for a computer screen icon and check the options there.
Click on system and it will display your Windows edition.
Hope this helps!
