Question about ASUS K8V-MX Motherboard
When i going to download mother board driver....,it is asking me for socket no.........,
what is it.....
plz response me ........
Different chips require different drivers, thats a given
the chips, are most easily differentiated by different sockets that they fit in, two different speed processors that have the same interface, and may use the same driver, will be accessible,
as long as you already know the socket family it belongs in.
The asus web site has a search function, top right corner, that will return the correct motherboard on entering the model number
