If you are using Internet explorer, you need to type in the address for your home page (example: yahoo.com), then from tools, go to internet options and select use current. Then click on ok. This will set your home page.

MSN is my home page BUT ASK comes up when I open Explorer instead.

When you have internet explorer opened, click on the gear icon on the right side of the screen, Upper right corner go down to Internet Options. Right on the first page there is a option to set your home page.

In the box type www.msn.com or www.bing.com, then click the apply tab on the bottom right corner, then click OK that should fix your issue.

Dell v14 msn homepage stopped working and not sure why msn link broken

I guess you lost your Home Page link to MSN, right? If so, use your browser--probably MS Internet Explorer--to go to www.my.msn.com and sign in.

From the MS IE top menu bar, select Tools, then Internet Options. In the General tab you will see Home Page on top and your home page address should be in the Address line. Click Use Current.

Your home page should be restored.
