Question about Acer P223W 22 inch Monitor
I have just moved my screen from work to home (laptop connected and now connected direct to a PC) but everything is looking blurred like it is moving.
The only way you can fix this is by changing or altering the refresh rate of your monitor on the laptop. Right-click on the desktop and go to properties, the go to the settings tab, then Advanced tab, the go to the monitor tab. Make sure the refresh rate is the one the your monitor can display. Probably put 60Hz and then you can check the box that says Hide the modes that this monitor can not display. This should fix your problem. If it does not, go back to the desktop properties and got to the settings tab and change the colour quality to 32bit instead of 16bit and again you can play with the screen resolution
