It would seem that your fuser is faulty in the printer. Odd that the printer is not reporting a low temperature error maybe the Samsungs don't check the temperature.

Depending on the value of the printer it may not be a good idea to replace the fuser, it might be hard to find a replacement. If this printer is worth less than $200 new, I would say replace the printer, the fuser would likely cost more.

Printing three black and white labels to a page - the first of three looks perfect - the next two are granular at best - i've already tried changing the printer settings to best and darken with no luck...

Probably your paper settings are not correct, or you do not have a sufficient label-paper. Try to select the exact paper type you use. Depending on what choice you make, the paper will go through the printer on a different speed, exactly what is needed to fuse the toner on the substrate. When it is going to fast, there is not enough heat to bond the toner onto the paper and your printout looks weak.

Ink does not stick to page on m2727 when printing cardstock. We have tried using different paper settings.

Are you using original HP toners or 3rd party (refills)? We have had issues with some 3rd party toners not bonding properly on heavier media. How heavy a cardstock are you trying to print on? If it is heavier than the highest rated paper for this printer then it may not bond at all, regardless of toner used. The heaviest paper that HP rates for this printer is 43 lb/bond. A lot of cardstock starts at around 65 lb/bond.

Low Heat error...Cycle Power Samsung ML-2855ND printer

There is a problem with the fuser unit. This unit fuses the toner powder to the paper and if it is not hot enough the toner powder won't bond onto the paper.
Try removing the fuser unit, check the two fuser power spring contacts, and insert it back in the printer. If the error still occurs then you may need a new fuser unit.
You may need to get the printer checked out by a technician.

HP Lexmark 4050N Printer is smearing pages with faint ink mark.

This is more then likely due to an old or bad toner cartridge. Away for you to find out is to run a test print and if you listen close you can hear the paper advancing through the printer. It might take you a couple times but try to catch the paper at a point in the printing to where it would be just passing by the toner cartridge and ope the top cover. Remove your toner cartridge and pull the paper out. But becareful when pulling the paper out to not rip it or get toner on you. The toner has not yet been bonded to the paper yet until it passes the fuser at the back of the printer. If the paper shows the smear just after the toner cartridge then there is the issue.

Best of luck... And have a Happy and safe Holidays..

Samsung CLP-315W color problem. The toners are all about 50% but the pictures are coming out red and very little yellow. I have cleaned the inside and emptied the extra toner.

Here's something you can try. There was a model of Samsung color laser that had an issue with the cleaning blades in the toner cartridge or toner transfer roller assemblies.

There are two types. I believe yours uses a "classic" toner cartridge (rectangular with a toner transfer roller on one side and a metal plate almost touching the toner transfer roller).

The metal plate can be removed and the edges cleaned. When you remove it, inspect the edges. One edge is used to clean the excess toner from the roller as it turns. Very gently clean the edges with a soft cloth and some windex or alcohol. Reassemble and test.

The other type uses round drum shaped toner cartridges. These printers have a toner transfer assembly for each color inside the printer on the main image transfer unit. These toner transfer assemblies will also have metal plates on them which can be cleaned. They must first be removed from the toner transfer assembly, you may need a jewelers screwdriver to remove them.

Be careful, the cleaning edges of these metal plates can be very sharp.

The toner is just not bonding to the paper it just comes of when you touch it. Just installed a new drum... still not working.

The fusor roller isn't heating. I'm not sure it it is a seperate unit on that printer. They usually are but the odd printer incorporates them into the image drum.

I would open it back up and reseat everything. I would think it just was bumped in the replacement process sand its connector isn't right. If it were damaged you should be seeing an error

Hi when printing black or grey outside edges

sounds like your black toner cartridge is getting low or not filled evenly. To fix this until it get a bit lower on toner just take the cartridge out and holding it up right give it a few shakes side to side. The will spread the toner power out inside and you should be printing normally again.

This can also happen if you moved or bumped the printer. Usually you only see this when the toner is low or after you print a lot of pages. Most text is in the mid of the paper so thats where the toner get s used the most.

New Black Toner Cartrige Poor print quality

I have solved this problem. You will have to remove the imaging unit from the printer. Once out, remove the two screws that secures the drum to the imaging color rollers. This is the tricky part...carefully pry the two tabs in the back of the drum bracket to separate the whole unit. Once out, you will see all four color rollers. Carefully remove each one in will be the last. Once the black roller and toner container is out, proceed to remove the 4 phillip screws that hold the metal distribution plate. The problem is that the heat will bond a small amount of toner on to this plate and keep it from distributing toner properly. Carefully scrape the inside of this thin will feel a rough edge. Scrape until smooth and reinstall the plate back into the toner container. Reinstall everything back and VOILA!
Have fun fixing this printer!

Poor print quality toner flaking and coming off stock

Have you tried fresh paper directly out of the package? Once you open a package of paper it immediately begins to absorb moisture out of the air.The toner wont bond well to the paper. If you send the same sheet of paper back through themachine(copying the other side of course)and it copies properly then you have moisture in your paper. The final element in the process is the fuser, which operates at about 350 degrees fahrenheit. It literally cooks the moisture out of the paper.when you send it through for the second time the toner will bond properly.
