Question about Office Equipment & Supplies

Open Question

I have a cp3525 that has a 59.F0 error on startup. I have run the physical alienation test and the itb contact/alienation test. Both seem ok but the error persists. Any ideas?

If this is a new printer, chances are you may have left a piece of orange tape some where in the printer, otherwise you may have to remove the transfer belt, power the printer on and wait for it to say that it is missing, replace the belt and power on again, should fix it.

I have Printer Laser jet HP P2055d error code is 59.f0 i need some one help thank you

Okay let's try this please.

Below is a recommended suggestion to resolve this problem:
  1. Upgrade the FW
  2. Remove the ITB
  3. Remove the fuser and on the left side (front of printer side) you can see the sensor flag holder (image #1 and #2 below)
  4. If the sensor flag/lever is stuck in the up position then reach in and carefully release the part with your fingers. The images below show the sensor flag/lever stuck in the up position. Actuate the flag/lever a few times to make sure it is loosened up.
  5. Re-install the ITB
  6. Re-install the fuser
  7. Reboot to see if the error clears
If the issue returns in a short period of time, then the flag/lever is likely dragging and returning slowly or getting stuck again. If this occurs, then it is recommended to:
  1. Remove the top cover
  2. Inspect the POSITION DETECT ASSY RM1-5604 to ensure the photo interupter is seated correctly
  3. Check the sensor flag for proper movement
  4. Replace the POSITION DETECT ASSY RM1-5604
NOTE: The ITB is typically not the cause of this issue.
I hope this helps.

Please do not forget to rate if helps thank you and have a wonderful day...

E00070-0001

E070 is an ITB home postion error, if the belt was recently replaced the ITB unit may have been reassembled incorrectly. If the unit has not been recently serviced, a faulty ITB cleaning unit can soil the ITB Belt enought to where the home posistion sensor cant read correctly. Also the sensor itself could have gone out but ive only seen a bad sensor once.
Check Transfer Belt Sensor (PS51) output in I/O mode. If sensor state does not change when blocked and unblocked, suspect a bad sensor.
Service Mode * 2/8 *Copier>I/O>DC-CON>P014>BIT-7 0=Blocked 1=Unblocked. The Transfer Belt Sensor PS51 (FH7-7394-000) and the Manual Feed Tray Paper Sensor PS15 are the same. Try swapping sensors and test them in I/O mode to determine if the sensor is bad.
If sensor seems fine replace the ITB Cleaning AssyTransfer Cleaning Assembly (FM2-0082-020)

HP Color LaserJet CP352dn 59.fo error

59.F0 ERROR

The primary transfer-alienation motor has experienced an error.
1. Check to ensure the ITB is installed correctly.
2. Run a sensor test to verify that the primary transfer disengagement roller is functioning. If not replace the sensor (SR17).
3. Run the primary transfer drive test in actuator drive mode. If not functioning replace the ITB (Intermediate transfer belt).

Hp color laserjet code 59.fo error

All the book says is that one of the motors had a problem.
Power it off for at least 30 seconds. Power back on.
Make sure you are not using a surge protector.
Put the power cord directly into the wall outlet.

I just checked the manual for another printer and the 59.f0
could be the ITB. Make sure that it is seated correctly. If you have
a spare install it and see if problem goes away.

59.FO Error

The primary transfer-alienation motor has
experienced an error.

1. Check to ensure the ITB(intermediate
transfer belt) is installed
correctly.
2. Run a sensor test to verify that the
primary transfer disengagement roller is
functioning. If not replace the sensor
(SR17).
3. Run the primary transfer drive test in
actuator drive mode. If not functioning
replace the ITB.

To replace the ITB

1. Open the right-door assembly.
2. Use the blue lever (callout 1) to lower the secondary transfer assembly.
3. Grasp the small handles on the ITB and then pull the ITB out of the product until two large handles expand along the right- and left-side of the ITB.
4. Grasp the large handles on the ITB and then pull the ITB straight out of the product to remove it.

My irC-3200 cannon just show me this error E012 number on the display screen so i want to know what this code mean??Please help me

E012-0001 Error code At about 37 sec. after the power is turned ON, due to a drum ITB motor failure

Symptom About 37 sec. after the power is turned ON, E012-0001 is displayed due to a drum ITB motor failure. Cause Rotational failure of drum ITB motor Items to Check 1) In service mode level 1 COPIER > FUNCTION > PART-CHK > MTR, enter 1 and press the OK key.
2) In service mode level 1 COPIER > FUNCTION > PART-CHK > MTR-ON, press the OK key to check whether the motor is working normally.
3) Check whether 24V is supplied to J93 on the ITB drum motor. If yes, the ITB motor likely faulty.

4) If 24V is not supplied to the ITB drum motor, check whether 24V is output from fuse PCB J70-3 to the ITB drum motor.
Also, check whether 24V is output from the fuse PCB J71-1 to the microswitch PCB and also whether 24V is supplied to the fuse PCB J71-2 from the microswitch PCB.

5) If there is no problem between the fuse PCB J71-1, -2 and the microswitch PCB, the fuse PCB is likely faulty.
If 24V is output from the fuse PCB J71-1 to the microswitch PCB and not supplied to the fuse PCB J71-2, check the microswitch PCB. Field Remedy Replace the drum ITB motor.

try to check the grounding plate did not come in contact with the shaft of the ITB
drive roller in the ITB unit, causing a poor ground (1 case). This grounding plate is used to establish a ground for
the ITB tension roller to the ITB drive roller.
E070-0003 can be displayed when the time that passes between the first detection of the ITB home position (HP)
and the next HP detection is shorter than a specific period of time.
Field Remedy
Follow the steps below:
1. Make sure that the inner surface of the ITB has stains or scratches on it.
2. Make sure that the ITB-HP sensor (PS19) operates normally.
3. Make sure that the grounding plate properly comes in contact with the shaft of the ITB drive roller.

Canon MF8180c

E071 error stands for ITB position sensor fault,so you may try to check if the ITB belt is ok, if there is no paper left overs or similar, but this error can occure when the main board ( dc controller ) is defective.
