I cant get my new vizio wireless blue-ray player to play my movies

The manual is availble on Vizio's web site for you to download. This unit seems to be deffective. You should contact Vizio tech support for replacement.

From what you told me I think the bluray disk is damaged or scratched,and does the bluray player do this with every movie?

As newer bluray movies come out they are constantly tweeking the format. More then likely you need to update your bluray players firmware or software. There should be an option under the menu for the bluray player to update the unit of course this will require that you have it hooked into the internet via ethernet cable or wifi network.

Use remote , press setup, go to vidio , press , go to close captions change to off, press sertup.
