The SYSTEM manual is. From Jack 01 try PROG *#1234 then program 000 Your FWD button steps you through to the time and you dial the correct hour and minute (using the FWD button to step to the minutes after the hour). Press STORE to save it and PROG to exit.

The complete user's manual for your phone is available at the following link:

Just use your mouse to click on the link which is the highlighted and underlined text above. This will open a new browser page for you automatically and allow you to download the manual.

Here is an excerp from that manual which describes how to set the time and date:

Set Time/Date

1. Press the UP or DOWN button to set the current hour.

2. Press the ERASE button to shift to the minute setting.

3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 above to set MINUTE, MONTH and DATE.

4. Once the correct TIME/DATE is shown on the display, press the
ERASE button to end the setting. Then the display will change to
show the normal status.

Changing The Language Mode and TIME/DATE

1. Press and hold the ERASE button then press UP button.

Good luck, I hope this was helpful.

Is there an downloadable users manual? we just installed this phone and do not know how to set date/time.

Here's a link to avaya's site for a Partner ACS users guide. Not knowing which type of partner system you have, this one should get you into the ball park. Theres also programming and installation guides for the different systems there.

Also, here's how to change the time.
Changing the time on a Partner system is done on either ext 10 or 11. At one of those ext's press the feature key and "00"
next press the left hand intercom twice
the display should say system programming
enter in "#103"
the display should say system time and the current programmed time
enter the new time in 24 hour format
press feature "00" to logout
