I have activated gprs but email and yahoo go application are not working it displays
a message subscribe to packet data first and check connectvity settings;
The service provider blames cellphone co; and cell co; reciprocates the same on
ser.pro. Is there any solution?

Check the settings for the Google app itself (find it in your apps list but don't open it, go Options>Settings and check application access to the network facilities.

contact your mobile service provider and tell them you want to activate the gprs and they will instruct you the next step and send you the settings

Here is the procedure for subscribing to packet data:
Menu--settings--connectivity--packet data--packet data settings--edit active access point--packet data access point. Once you are at this point you will be required to type in a name for your access point: Type in "Internet" and then save your settings and exit back to standby screen.
You should now be able to browse the internet.

To subscribe to packet data you need to contact your
service provider through phone or go directly to their office.
They will send you the settings for your model. Please
save the settings to your phone and set it has a default settings. Then you can
start using the internet in your phone.
