Bell & howell 356 projector runs slow

I bought a Bell & Howell 356 super 8 projector and its all good except it runs slow in forward mode. In reverse it has normal speed. The film path seems clean. The light and optics are good. It just runs slow in forward. How do I fix this? Thank you

My heater only blows heat at the windshield and feet 1993 isuzu trooper. I added a picture to show what the controls look like. The switch to move where the air goes just clicks as if skipping teeth.

1000 points like the first ever here posting a photo.
shock, !
the heater (HVAC) controls for mode are failing
those are called dampers,
old car 93, they all have issues like this.
answering for USA cars only....
this car has good old cables x3
no vacuum bs. no computers. or damper motors$$$$
its just a cable and the FSM book calls that cable
so when you move the knob below the bell crank in photo 2 move
via the cable does it? if not cable is bad.
if yes, then does it go to the right location that bell crank below.
i used the red letter "S" for stuck
and arrow and X for vent mode..
in vent mode the bell crank turns, fully Clockwise
and lands on damper vent mode,
get vent and DEF working and all else (mode wise) works.

My 1991 jeep comanche sputters when in 3rd at bout 3 grand.does it have a revlimiter?

no , but if in limp home mode (ECU) yes.

if the cel is out , running its not in limphome.

my guess? car was never tuned up, in last 60,000 miles or ever.

i had a 91 Comanche and ran it 250,000 miles, (5speed)

classic fails:

the bottom exh tube under my bell housing , the clamp breaks every 6 months ( i welded up a life time clamp) this allowed the

exhaust down tube, to flex and whole exhaust to act as silly pendulum. this put stress on my SST headers causing crackes.

this in turn let fresh air suck in to the header and slam the oxygen sensor to the rails, (car ran rich a s pig and could not keeps spark plugs clean.)

also the 91 has recalls on the CKP sensor. causing misfires.

its on the top left top of bell housing, very hard to see.

there is no scan tools for this Renix system. so can pull scan DTC codes, is your CEL glowing running?, BINGO.

my 99 Cherokee had none of this (well except sloshing fuel starves the fuel pump at 1/4 tank, design flaw.)

sputter is misfire.

the 91 does not have misfire detection in the ECU,

not till 1996.

so you are the detector.

do a full tune up.

then look at spark tips.

are the cream color or black.????????????

if black, post back.

i still miss and loved my Comanche. (im 1/8 real Comanche blood)

Would a gm trans model 4L60e replace a 4060e for a 1998 chevy pick-up 305 v-8 4x4 ?

It is the same transmission but the 99 has a different bolt pattern. If the 1998 has a removable bell housing(it could be either way) You will have to switch the bell housings. The bell housing on the 99 is removable. If they both have removable bells then it will work.

Steps on bleeding a clutch slave cylinder for a 1985 chevy Suburban

1.) fill resovior 2.) remove bolts connecting the slave cylinder to the bell housing, and remove slave cylinder (leave the line connected if possible)- if not remove line and then reconnect once slave is removed from bell housing. 3.) open bleeder valve on slave, if fluid starts to run out then let it run for 8 to 10 min (all the while keeping an eye on the resovior fluid level, making sure it stays relitivly full.) 4.) close bleeder valve. 5.) top off resovior. 6.) hold slave cylinder in hand, in some way that you can actuate the plunger rod, open the bleeder valve and depress the rod untill it stops, while holding pressure on rod close the bleeder valve. 7.) release the plunger rod. 8.) repeat steps 6. & 7. untill fluid running out of bleeder valve is a steady streem with no air bubbles. (check resovior appr. every 2nd time to ensure it dose not go dry. 9.)re-install slave cylinder and resovoir cap.

Where to add transmission fluid

The filler tube is a little shorter than what we're used to. It may have a blue handle grip. It is located at the bell housing, back about 6-8 inches towards the driver's side fenderwell. Please make certain that the vehicle is on a level surface, this is more important with this transverse engine set-up than the good ole days of straight forward facing engines. Good Luck, and Thank You, Dana
