AFAIK there's no such "good" program that will start an m3plugin.dll at startup.

Your system might have been infected by spyware.

If you don't have good antivirus/antispyware then you need to get one.
My recommendation if you try to find free solution : spybot search and destroy / AVG Free

To manually remove the message :

  1. Run Regedit
  2. Find "m3plugin.dll" (usually it will be in "RUN" or "RunOnce" Key)
  3. Delete the value of the key when you find it.
  4. Also check your Startup Folder (Start > All Programs / Programs > Startup
  5. Also check your Startup Configuration using "msconfig"
  • Start > Run > msconfig > enter/return
  • Go to "Startup" Tab
  • Find the "Command" that point to "m3plugin.dll" and clear the check mark
  • Apply > OK > Restart your computer
Rescan your whole computer using updated antivirus/antispyware.
