SOURCE: manual for husky air compressor ''easy to go''

For what it's worth Compressors are intended to be turned on and forgot (except for the noise). just for grins lets assume you have the stapler and air hose. you need to hook up the air hose to the compressor there usually is one or to either couplers or npt fittings (threaded). attach the hose to the compressor and using a quick coupler (prefered because it allows the gun to swivel) connect the gun to the hose. turn on the compressor and wait for it to build up pressure and *******. at this point you will need to locate the regulator on the compressor. it will be a knob next to one or two dial gages. crank the regulator a quarter turn either direction while watching the gages. It (one of them) moved either up or down . now you know how the regulator works and your almost a contractor. on to the stapler, load it and find a bit of scrap (what your working on would be best.) now shoot a staple into something and see if it goes in far enough or to far. adjust the regulator to compensate. do this until one of three things happens A you find the right staple depth B the compressor kicks on again, wait for it to turn off C you run out of nails, beer or intrest in the project. once you have found the correct pressure for your needs. you may fire at will you don't need to wait for the compressor to cycle while running the stapler just during set up. now your a contractor go have a beer.

just a last tip if you find you don't have the correct couplers home depot, harbor freight or amazon (online) are great sources for parts.

good luck and mind your fingers

SOURCE: I have an 60 Gallon Air Compressor Husky Pro, no

Read the owners manual, look at the motor label
20Amp is usually for 2HP and may work for your 3.2
Look at full load rating on motor. You won't need a
breaker that high.
You will need 12 ga wire and 20 amp breaker min.
two wire 240 volt circuit.
It should be wired for the higher voltage,if not look at the
inside of the small motor cover and move the terminals
to the two pole rating. Expensive to run at 115volt

Looking for manuals for husky air compressor model FP204500AV

The manual and parts breakdown for your compressor can be found at:

If that doesn't work look for it on the Campbell-Hausfeld homepage at under Service and Support. They have been working on the site so some links are not working correctly.

Your compressor is an oil-less type that has very little for you to do as far as service. Mostly you just have to keep it clean and occasionally drain the water from the tank. The frequency of that is dependent on where you are (humidity levels in your area) and how ofter you use it.

Need to find out how to replace belt on WL65 cambell hausfeld air compressor

Not sure how easy it will be to locate repair instructions if they are not in your manual. However maybe the diagram of the pump is all you need. Just click on the first link below. It will open up the pump diagram. #14 is the belt.
I also included the link to the site where you can get a look a at the parts list and order parts for your compressor.
Hope something here helps.
If not please let me know and I'll try and describe the proccess for the belt remove to you.
