I'd check to see if the turntable motor has continuity. If it does, check to see if 120 volts is being supplied to it. If both are o.k., then the motor has probably bound-up in some way internally. There's also the possibility that it has mechanically become detached from the hub that turns the glass tray.
Very angry. Fairly new, little-used Spacesaver Microwave [Clock][Surface Light] buttons now do not work. We never even press , just and to warm sandwiches. Unplugged for an hour. Still not working. Everything else works. We never use anything else. Bad solder joint in circuit board or keypad? Thank you.
There is no belt on unit. There is a turn table motor and a turn table tripod or coupler. Either the motor is out or the coupler is broken. You can check coupler easy by removing glas tray and see if coupler turns around. If its appears ok, then t/t is probably out. This can be replaced by removed screws from bottom of unit and the complete bottom folds toward wall. Its in the middle with 2 wires connected too it.
