Question about GALAXY Microsystems 25.4 cu. ft. Side-By-Side Refrigerator with Filtered Ice and Water
If the filter is still ok then could be a solenoid problem.
you have two solenoids at the lower back of the fridge. one is for the water and one is for the ice maker.
test the water solenoid by pushing the water at the dispenser. if you have located which is the water solenoid, then the remaining one would be for the ice maker.
hot wire the solenoid and observe if there is water to the ice maker. if there is no water.then either the line is frozen or the supply could be low pressure.
