a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

To do those kinds of tasks on the Omni 3750, you need to put the terminal into "system mode". Since once in "system mode", you can not only erase the previous applications, but you can also erase the operating system, I do not want to post that information on the web for everyone to see. I would recommend that you contact a terminal repair shop and ask them to walk you through that process.
Do you have the capability to reload the operating system?

Your processor should be able to essentially blow out the memory on the terminal. From their a dummy program can be loaded to finish wiping out any residual memory. Lastly, you will need to do a completely new core load with your actual file build. The process takes much longer than normal due to the multiple core loads but it is effective. If your processor is not familiar with this or is unable, I would be more than happy to take over your services but am unable to solicit on this site. So, feel free to email me with any questions you may have at CJepson@federal-financial.com. Hope this helps.

The no master key means that the terminal is missing a DEBIT encryption the debit encryption is needed to run PIN based debit cards. When you swipe it should say Credit F2 Debit F3. When you choose F3 it will say no master key. Whether you have an external pin pad or internal pin pad your credit card processor needs to inject with the encryption or take the debit prompt off.
If you have any other issues please don't hesitate to call me.
