Question about Bosch Axxis WTA 3510 Electric Dryer
Unplug power immediately.
Check the fuses/circuit breaker at the back of the appliance.
You may need to have the heating element inside the machine tested, and eventually replaced, it had probably shorted out.
You can call a technician using the number listed on the owner manual.

Tips for a great answer:
Hello Tony Palow - Have you recently cleaned the ducting? Confirm that it doesn't have any debris or build up. Try reprogramming the unit by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and if the unit still does not dry, I would recommend contacting a professional to proceed further since it could be any one of several underlying causes. Most than likely the dryer has a faulty control board, heating element, blower assembly, thermostat, sensor or damaged cord.
