Can I ask how to reset T5720?

Here is a link to the manuals, choose T5700 from the pulldown.
You will find the instructions for programming your radios starting on page 18. You will want to set the frequency (channel) and interference eliminator code (code) the same on all radios. For basic operation shut off any special features.

How do you change the batteries? I've lost the instructions...

There's a clip centered at the bottom on the back of the radio. Push the clip down with your fingertip or a coin, then lift the battery cover up from the bottom of the radio to expose the batteries.

You didn't specify a model, so I can't give you a specific link, but you should be able to locate and download the operating manual for your radios here:

T5420 unable to transmit or receive. Please help!

Here is a link to the user manual:

This unit does not have a reset button. While troubleshooting you might check the batteries. Be certain they are in correctly and the contacts are free of corrosion. You can use a pencil eraser to clean the contacts.

Walk through all the programming instructions in the manual, double checking both the frequency and interference eliminator codes. A quick setting back to zero on the code would alleviate any problem with that section of the radio.

As far as your "paging" this operates on the same frequency and code as the rest of the radio. If the radios are not working correctly in this relm, the paging will not work either.

Flashing yellow light when charging

Clean your battery contacts with a pencil eraser and see if this clears up the problem. If not, your batteries may be needing replaced. When batteries get old or are shorting out this is common. Rechargeable 2-way radio batteries have the following life expectancies. NiCd 18-24 months; NiMH 14-18 months; and Li-Ion 12-14 months.
