Question about Toshiba PSAFGU-058002 Notebook
I have a Toshiba a215-7422 PSAFGU laptop. I installed Win XP Pro and have installed all the drivers for it, and have everything working except sound. I installed the agere systems AC97 soft modem drivers which seem to have something to do with the HD sound. I hhave installed the Realtek sound drivers, and in Device Manager, it shows the Realtek with a yellow question mark and gives an error code 39. It had, when I tried an earlier version, given me a Code 10.
I noticed that the modem shares IRQ 16 with one of the USB bus dcontrollers. Is this part of the problem?
What else can I do to get sound?
Yes harmously i would answer just like pankaj did...
