Question about Epson Stylus Pro 9600 InkJet Printer
I have one Agfa Sherpa44 that really is a Epson Stylus Pro 9600. I want use a espon Inks, but now my printer only accept Agfa Inks. What can I do? there is any solution to convert the printer to a Normal espon 9600? I tryed to download the epson firmewire but didn't accepted it. Maybe I have change de main board of the printer?
The Agfa Sherpa is not manufactured by Epson. Both Epson and Agfa buy and retag their printers from Mutoh.
I do not know if the 44 is the same as Epson 7600 or 9600, but it should fit the same cartridges.
If the printer does not accept the cartridges, that means that there is something different in the software stored in the Epson cartridge chip.
In this case you will be only able to use only Agfa or Mutoh Falcon cartridges.
