My Jennair is less than two years old and on Friday my food spoiled in the top refrigerater compartment. The bottom Freezer compartment is working just fine with no problems at all. In addition, the bottom draw in the refigerater below the fruit & vegetable campartment is working just fine. I think it is either a fan or the temperature control. After I write this e-mail I'll see if I can identify the fans to see if that is the problem. What I'm looking for is detailed information on how to narrow in on the problem and if it is possible to self fix it.
Thank you in advance, Curt

After some further investigation my brought to my attention that the compartment undet the fruit & vegetable draws has it's own temperature control. This leads me to believe the problem is the temperature control. If it is the Temperature control tan how do you replace it and can it be done by myself?
Curt, I think you were on the right track with your first post. Check to see if the freezer fan is running. Then take a look at the back of the freezer and see if you have a big frost build up on the panel. The fan should be running moving the air to the upper compartment. If you have a big frost up on the back panel, you would have a difrost issue. Check these things out and post back..Catriver.
