The only way to get rid of it, is to reset it. Samsung g600 has an Full reset code. look it up. Instead of giving the code, start the emergency call, and give it the code. The default factory-set code should be 1234 or 0000.
When you replaced the laser, did you remove the shorting solder connection? These lasers are shorted to prevent static electricity from damaging the optics. There is an area on the optics that has a solder bridge that needs to be removed for proper operation. Check that first.
I had the same thing happen to a used DuraBrand 7" Portable DVD Player. Check and see if the laser transport is locked in at the top of the track -- which would be in position to read the outer edge of the DVD. The laser transport gets locked into this position and you get "no disc" error messages.
I removed the bottom of the DVD player -- a matter of seven screws -- and moved the laser transport by hand nearer to the center post of the DVD turntable. This cured the problem and my DuraBrand is working fine now.
I have no idea what makes the laser transport move to the extreme outer position and get locked there, but this solution works. Good luck with your own.
