Re: How do I reset the router?
There's a reset button at the back of the router. Just press and hold it down for 20 seconds then after that, unplug the power for another 30 seconds then plug it back in. That should reset the router back to factory default.

Look in the manual for the proper procedure to reset the password. Normally, there is a "reset" button on the back of the unit that you must press and hold for a set amount of time, perhaps 30 seconds. After the router is reset, the password will be the generic one supplied with it. If you do not know what the generic password is, you can go to google and search for "router passwords," then find your router in the list.
